Organization of geological field trips

Within the framework of the final conference of the International geological project (DARIUS) we organized international geological field trip/excursion. Participants of this excursion- leading geologists from Europe had an opportunity to visit three main tectonic units of Georgia: Southern Slope of the Caucasus, Transcaucasian Massif, and the Achara-Trialeti fold-and-thrust belt.
